Ready to head out on an Asheville Mountain Biking Ride or Road Ride? You’ve come to the right place. Asheville has some great mountain biking trails with a wide range of difficulty from the difficult singletrack found in nearby Pisgah National Forest’s mountain biking trails to the fun and flowy singletrack at Bent Creek, Asheville’s closest mountain bike riding destination. Head a bit further out to find the popular and oft-photographed trails of DuPont State Forest where riders can make their way down the unique slickrock of Cedar Rock / Big Rock Trail – easily one of North Carolina’s most unique trails. Head east to Black Mountain to bomb Kitsuma or take on one of the region’s longest descents by heading up and down Heartbreak Ridge for an epic day.
