First time here, and I was surprised at how quaint, hidden away, and gorgeous this glen was. We hiked the Grimes Creek up to both waterfalls on a sunny warm day in late October. A little hidden gem.

Very pretty place. 1st third of trail is easy to travel. The rest gets tricky by land. Recommend boots or water shoes for the latter half. Saw a couple of small snakes too. Rest rooms and a couple of open picnic tables are available too. Moderately busy when we were there around 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Hidden gem in the Finger Lakes region. Trail takes you to at least two large waterfalls but you will need to get into the water. Water shoes are highly recommended.

First time visiting, great waterfall to walk back to. Definitely need water proof shoes, at least mid calf high most likely. Worth doing and doesn’t take long!

These waterfalls are pretty spectacular, there’s isn’t much parking and the first part of the hike is easy on land, but if you want to see the really cool waterfalls, you’ll need to take your shoes off and hike upstream in the water. (there’s actually another amazing water fall at the end but you have to climb a hill using only rope, a local told me people get life flighted out of there so be extra safe) please don’t leave anything behind, keep this place beautiful!
