We went on a July Monday at 1:30 pm. Our line time was very short. We had three youths and 6 adults. We bought the bundle for our youths. Bundle riders just stay on for their three rides right in a row. Overall, I recommend.
Pros: I'm a heavier woman with some limited mobility, but it was easy to get in and out of the cart. The seat belt also was long enough. Due to weight limitations, I rode by myself, but I'm actually glad for that and suggest one rider. The cart is easy to control. It is pretty quick, maybe a couple of minutes. They record your ride, and at the time we visited, purchasing the video and photos (89) was $12.
Potential cons: Limited parking, it is best to reserve a time. You don't have to purchase until you arrive. The stairs to climb to the purchase area are tough but well spaced with handrails on both sides and quite sturdy. They do have a lift for those with casts or others who can't climb the stairs. Their store is set-up oddly. There should be a better entry and exit flow. So, when it is busy, that could be a point of annoyance.

Loved this coaster! It was fun and although it tops out at 27 mph if you don't use the brakes, it seemed like it was going a lot faster. My husband and I rode once which was enough for us, but my daughter and her friend did the 3 consecutive rides which was definitely a good idea as the course isn't super long.
You do have to have to schedule a check in time before you arrive, and once you arrive you purchase your tickets. We went on a Sunday evening and only had to wait about 5-10 minutes to get on. We had fun and all of the staff were super friendly!

The Alpine Coaster is so much fun! It's great for all ages. I love that you can control your speed. You'll definitely want to buy a bundle to ride three times because once isn't enough.
I went with my family and have a younger child that needs to ride with someone. She wanted to ride with me and then with her dad. Since we needed to switch rides, we did have to get off and get back in line. If you aren't switching riders, and are doing multiple rides, you can stay on the coaster.
The staff is extremely friendly. There are also nice views from up top looking back at the mountains.
This will be on our list of places to go whenever we are in the area!

The run itself was fun, place was neat and clean, wait time not so much. We scheduled our ride for 1:30 and were able to ride about an hr later. Still I would give a 5 star if it wasn’t for the manager. They sure have a parking issue and manage it very poorly. The lady “manager” becomes really rude with their employees and worst, with the guests! To the point we almost walked away.
Get your act together lady, or just hire a manager that can do the job, including managing the place, their employees effectively and respectfully, and treat customer with respect as well.

The alpine coaster is a fun ride. The rider can control the speed of the coaster. The maximum speed is about 25 miles/hour but actually feels much faster. With short twists and turns the Alpine Coaster ride is fun. Each ride takes about 5 minutes at most and if you buy the tickets for multiple rides, you can do them all continuously and not have to get off after the first. Both kids and adults will love it.
