Small beach with the plenty of restaurants and a volleyball court There’s a very aesthetic view to the colorful houses. There’s nice waves for surfing as well as a equipment rental and lessons on the beach

Capitola State Beach is a famous tourist destination. The area is beautiful, colorful, relaxing, and has many natural attractions and sights. I loved visiting the beach and the colorful little village there. There are many good restaurants where I can sit down and enjoy delicious food and drinks. Parking is a little challenging on the weekends. I usually have to go there before 9 a.m. to find a parking space near the beach!

Capitola is a nice and small city. The beach line is really short, but it’s very lovely. There are a lot of surfers, cute restaurants on the beach, and a spot to relax and watch the ocean. I recommend parking the car at the public parking and taking a walk to the beach - it will take 5 min. If you are with a kid - wear Crocs and take diggers;)) We tried the ice cream at the Polar Bear - it was very good;)

The beach is beautiful but very busy! Great shopping and dinning! Pretty big parking lot, paid lot, but fills up fast!
