NEVER go here on a weekend. Took advantage of a college student discount. Arrive before opening. Haven’t had a problem last couple of times I’ve gone. Place gets packed midday. Food is way overpriced not worth buying bring your own stuff. Rental process is fine. Fireball shots, Michelobs and other random drinks everywhere on the run and under the chairlift. I had a wonderful time in the bathroom. Lots of drunk college kids causing issues and crashes, like a lot of them. Not the greatest spot for beginners but good spot nonetheless.

Booked a 10am snow tubing ticket. Got at the start of the mountain at 9am and sat in traffic for over an hour in a half to find out the main parking lot is closed. So it’s now 10:30 and I called to see if we could get a refund. They refused and said they don’t offer a refund only re-scheduling. So I learnt 2 things. One is they over book like crazy and let no one know if the parking lots are full, 2 they don’t care if you couldn’t even make your appointment, they will still keep your money thinking it’s not your fault. Not once was we told that the parking was full or even where to park. Also there was no way to get there on time with the 4 mile backup we sat in for over an hour and a half. In short. I will never return and will make sure everyone that I can tell will never go there either. Some of the most dangerous roads to have a traffic jam on and just no care for the customer.

Horrible Experience with Staff and Management
If I could do 0 stars I would.
Director of guest services was the rudest person I ever spoke to.
Our experience at this resort was absolutely appalling. My 16-year-old son, who is just a kind and innocent kid, asked a lift employee if they could hold his ski goggles so they wouldn’t get damaged, and he planned to pick them up later. Instead of helping, the employee STOLE his goggles. We immediately went to management, thinking they’d assist us in resolving this, but instead, they accused us of lying and refused to help.
When we asked if they could check the lift footage to find out who took the goggles and help us recover them, they lied to us, claiming there was no footage. To make matters worse, the customer service, especially the director of guest services, treated us with blatant disrespect. She outright said she was “tired of hearing about us and our problem” and spent more energy telling us off than actually doing her job to resolve the situation.
The lack of accountability, dishonesty, and poor attitude from the staff was completely unacceptable. The management and guest services clearly don’t care about their customers and would rather gaslight them than take responsibility for their employees’ actions. We’ll never come back, and I strongly suggest others avoid this place if you value honesty and decent service.

I have skied at 20+ ski resorts across the nation and this might be the worst managed resort I have ever experienced. First it took us 45 min to park. The only staff helping with parking was just standing blocking lots they didn’t want you to park at. I get it. It’s busy but that’s not the part that bothered me the most. Although it was on of their busiest nights, they decide to close down one of their main lifts. The lifts that were open had no organization of lines. Just complete mosh pits. Many people seemed confused whose turn it was to go onto the lift or who was up next. The staff “managing” the lifts was some of the most rude jerks I have ever witnessed. Instead of helping line people up they yelled at people. And very rude wording. To the point they should be fired on the spot. This went on the whole night. So we decided to use a different lift. The lift would turn green and we would get on the tracks for the chair and every time we would have to walk backwards for 5 seconds. Many people struggled with this. Besides that. The resort area had no plowed or shoveled walking areas. Very slippery. We were very excited to ski here but will certainly be telling people to avoid this resort. Very disappointing.

I attempted the tubing and was worn out from dragging my tube DOWN the “hill” I’m sure fresh snow may have had a minor effect but the slope wasn’t nearly steep enough to get a decent launch. Instead of screams and laughter all I heard was expletives reverberating throughout the park from the parents having to drag their kids on the slope . However the place was in a beautiful setting. It would be much better to offer a chairlift ticket to non-skiers that would like to take in the view from atop the mountain Perhaps have an overpriced gift shop at the top for all to enjoy.
