This is a great, mostly flat trail between Fairhaven and downtown Bellingham. It is paved in portions and mostly gravel in others. You are just below State Street and along the water with amazing views. It's busy but easy to walk. It is a slight downgrade heading south towards Fairhaven. Great trail!
