One of my absolute favorite lakes in Oregon! (especially as a photographer!). Been here many times. Still planning to be more!)) Probably the only season I haven't been there and don't know how it looks like is winter! :) All pics attached here are captured by me! Hope you like them.

Sparks Lake is a fantastic place to kayak. The views of South Sister, Broken Top, and Mount Bachelor are magnificent. The day use area is nice and has pit toilets. There is a boat ramp to launch your kayak or SUP. Get there before noon (or earlier) to secure a parking space.

Amazing trail and campground there,bring your paddle board, canoe or just have fun splashing in the water , some spots or 5 ft deep lol have a romantic picnic. Pet friendly but no biter (dogs) A fee 5 dollars all day with toilets? Well kept area 👍👍👍👍👍

Fee required. Road from the pavement in is pretty rough, but easy with truck or SUV. My coffee filled the cup holder despite having a lid by the time i arrived. Sunrise is gorgeous here and really makes the mountains glow. Saw a few Van campers braving the cold along the road in. Fires were smoking out the road from Bend. Lake looked pretty low this time of year.

The perfect spot for a paddle. It's a 1.5 mile drive on a dirt road. Plenty of parking, pit toilets and a boat ramp. The water is shallow and cold for non-motorized boats only.
