Beautiful area! The beach has a nice walking path that goes along the outside and it’s very close to a few restaurants as well as the Taco Bell Cantina. We unfortunately didn’t get in the water as the weather was pretty chilly but we will next time.

Pacifica State Beach is a wonderful destination! The surfers and mist rolling over the surrounding beach hills create a stunning and tranquil atmosphere. Wide open beach with sand bars to walk out into surf. Doggie friendly. Restrooms. And great Peruvian restaurant across street. Highly recommend.

A Bag Area beach, meaning that it’s often very foggy and/or cloudy, and it’s fairly cold. There’s an incredibly nice Taco Bell (Cantina) located on the beach, and they occasionally have events there - like dog surfing.

Pacifica State Beach is located below Daly City. It’s a beach where a lot of surfers surf here. It’s a nice beach to go to and it has a Taco Bell Cantina. Parking is free if you decide to stay up to 30 minutes. Otherwise, you either have to pay $7 if you want to stay for 4 hours or less ($9 for 4+ hours). Honestly, it could have been $5 for not staying more than that many hours but still inexpensive though. I won’t really give it five stars because there’s not much really much to do here besides just relaxing at the beach, swimming, or eating at Taco Bell. Perhaps, having a nice looking beach can make up for it but there’s too much debris. Taco Bell is literally the hot spot of the location, which I will discuss at my other review of it. Parking gets packed especially during the afternoon. I highly recommend you arrive early morning to avoid this issue. Almost noon time is fine, but might be almost full. It’s also a little cold here. So, you may want to dress a bit heavier.
