We stayed here for an event and overall enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing, the location beautiful, and the food good. The pool and hot tub was very nice, and overall it was a good location.
Our only issue was the bed, it was horrible. It was very hard and I probably would have slept better on the floor. I switched to the pullout couch bed and had a little bit of a better sleep.
The website doesn't give much information about the room amenities and I had to dig through reviews to figure out what came in the room. There wasn't a mini-fridge or microwave and that would have been nice to know.

We stayed the weekend this past weekend and the staff was amazing. The price at the restaurant was extremely ridiculous. $25 for a burger is insane. The rooms were very basic. We had a room with no microwave, mini fridge or anything special just a small coffee pot. We felt forced to have to buy food and drinks there because of not having the amenities to use for our stay. Overall a quiet place, but we definitely did not appreciate hearing children running through the hall ways late at night or a soccer ball being slammed off the floor for 2 hours. The beds were stiff, pillows flat but the view was great. We loved the theme of the halls, the rustic light fixtures. The view was incredible. Overall positive experience just hope that some minor things can be tweaked for next time.

We rented the Panorama and we were pleasantly surprised that it was all remodeled with beautiful decor and 4 bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms, a full new kitchen and a great patio. The mountain offered a wide range of fun activities so we didn't need to leave the resort. Zip lining through the mountain, Waterpark was big enough for the whole family to enjoy but small enough to keep an eye on everyone. There's a small lakefront with soft sand and just enough swim are to enjoy. The mountain coaster was awesome!!
Definitely recommend this place.

My snowboard worth almost $1000 was stolen from here. They did the bare minimum at attempting to assist in finding it. Never mind the fact that I spent $300 on lift tickets and probably the same amount at the bar/restaurant

To start the room was not well cleaned. The oven still had cleaner on it which was only noticed after starting the oven and smelling the horrible smell. The bathroom tub and shower surround had visible scum build up. Like others have said it’s a little dated. Overall, it’s overpriced for what you get. The water park was even more so overpriced for what you get. We did have a good time on the haunted coaster ride. This was my second time staying there and neither time was great. I don’t plan on going back.
