A very clean, family-friendly pool with excellent service; it's the best pool in Algeria.

First, there's no beach access; second, the sun loungers are in a deplorable, disgusting state; third, the food is very mediocre—avoid it! You're better off going to the public beach. The only positive point is the view.

A quick recap of our experience at Boukâa Beach: The highlights: Water temperature: Even though many say it's very cold, honestly, it's totally bearable! You feel the chill at first, but you get used to it very quickly, just like at the beach. Safety (100%): A major plus. We were able to leave our belongings and even our phones without any worries while we went swimming. Lifeguard supervision: The presence of a lifeguard at each pool is very reassuring. The setting: The place is truly magnificent. Dress code: The respectful dress code is enforced about 80% of the time (although I did see a few people who weren't quite following it). Weak points / Things to know before you go: Food and service: It's extremely crowded, which makes the service very slow. I couldn't even buy anything to eat because the wait was so long. Mobile network: Be warned, the Mobilis network is completely non-existent (0/5)! Make sure you plan ahead, as we got stuck because of it. Conclusion: Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a very enjoyable day. We would do it again without hesitation!

The best water park in Oran, inexpensive, with good music, and VIP access to the seating area.
