Bird Creek Falls Trail Review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Really nice hike with beautiful views! The trail can be a little confusing since it splits into different paths, and we actually got lost almost twice 😂. The trail to the falls is pretty long, and the descent to the falls is very steep, so I’d say it’s a moderate-to-hard hike. The bugs near the falls were intense, so definitely bring plenty of bug spray! We also spotted some bear poop along another part of the trail, although I didn’t see any near the falls. I’d still recommend bringing bear spray and staying aware of your surroundings. Despite getting a little lost, the hike was totally worth it! The falls were beautiful and refreshing, and we even got to see salmon swimming in the river.

Beautiful falls that I attempted to reach earlier in the winter but was unable due to the steep decline to the creek that was covered in a sheet of ice. Went back after the temps started warming up and was able to make my way down! An easy walk for most of the way with beautiful views that required 2 steep declines at the end to reach the creek/waterfall. Definitely worth it though to see the fall, and when we went there were some really cool frozen water falls along the cliffs as well. Update June 2026: falls are rushing with tons of water, beautiful hike!

Great falls!! Well worth the hike. There is limited signage to find the falls however so take someone who has been there along with you or take a detailed map.
