We rented bikes from Pablo's Bikes to use on this coastal trail! It was a great way to spend a dreary day in Anchorage, the trail took about 3 hours to bike round trip and stop for photos without feeling rushed. We saw lots of moose and lots of beautiful scenery! Would recommend biking the trail if you have a few hours to spare :)

We saw a big bull moose taking a nap about 100 feet off the trail and a young bull who blocked the trail for maybe 10 minutes. He scratched himself for us... there were lots of friendly people we talked to while there.

Awesome trail for biking & walking- gorgeous and paved the entire way. We rented ebikes and took off down the trail - beautiful scenery and we were fortunate to see 2 Moose a sow & a bull at two different spots on the trail!

We hired bikes from Downtown Cycles on 6th Avenue, excellent value and service. Cycled full trail there and back, took 3.5hr with plenty of photo stops. Saw a moose and scenery was lovely. Definitely a thing to do in Anchorage. Bill and Elaine
