Outdated, infuriating management. Expect to waste time driving a 16 km round-trip back to the main office just to buy a ticket and fetch a driver who should have been at the lake in the first place. Zero customer service, zero organization, and total neglect for paying guests. It’s a disgrace that such a stunning destination is run this poorly.
