Short, hilly hike on a winding trail that leads up to the top of Craggy Dome (6,079ft). The hike to the summit is about 0.5 miles with over 400 feet of elevation gain. Greybeard Mountain Overlook is a convenient place to start. Just follow the Mountains-to-Sea Trail south for a short distance. There will be a small trail to the left just before the trail meets the Parkway. The trail is unmarked, overgrown in places, but fun. At the top, you can get a nice view of the Craggy Gardens area just over the vegetation.

Great .7 mile hike up worth stunning views of the surrounding area. Was a bit cloudy but had great views through the breaks.
