One of the best places for mountain biking I have ever been to. It is like a "choose your own adventure" as far as picking easy, moderate, or difficult routes and there are so many loops you can always find your way back to your vehicle.

Great place but poorly marked trails

The trail map made no sense to a newbie (to area), and there were only a few trail markers for literally 50-100 separate loops, so yes I got lost, although I tried to stay on main trail. But phone-gps saved me, so don’t go if you don’t have a way of navigating or bring local. Otherwise gorgeous wooded hilly area, for hiking & biking.
