We stopped here around midday on a Monday. Lot was basically full but you could squeeze in. 60-year-old couple made it to the Cascades. Spry 82-year old made it close. Lovely spot. Not.yo.be missed.

Worth the trip- great area - bathrooms and a few picnic tables with access to the river and accessible trails. The signage is well marked, fairly forgiving despite what can feel like intimidating terrain. Took a 3 and 5 yr old who made the entire route and enjoyed every minute of it (not natural hikers) Parking is a little tight and a low sitting car will struggle

Wow!! Was not expecting to be this impressed by a short trail. The ice caves were surreal, though you need to be careful inside as it’s very slippery on the ice. Also, the waterfall during this time of year (June) was monstrous! Highly recommend!!
