A beautiful area for hiking or walking along the stream to the waterfalls. We were a bit disappointed today, but nobody can be blamed for that. The dry summer is leaving its mark here too.

Momentan nur ein Rinnsal ;) wer trotzdem hin möchte, sollte auf keinen Fall Google Maps folgen, man landet im Wald, ohne direkten Weg oder Schilder zum Wasserfall. Folgt stattdessen den öffentlichen Schildern oder gebt P23 Maisental als Ziel ein. Parkplatz kostet pauschal 6€. Der erste Teil des Weges ist wunderhübsch und einfach zu bewältigen. Der Aufstieg mit den Stufen ist dann schon recht anstrengend für untrainierte Menschen. Auf der Hochwiese angekommen gibt es einen Imbiss mit sehr lautem Generator, Bauzaun und Dixieklos. Nicht sehr hübsch, aber nach dem mühseligen Aufstieg freuten wir uns über Apfelschorle, alkoholfreies Bier und 2x Kartoffelsalat mit Rindswurst und Brotscheiben für 30,80€.
