Nice room and soft, spacious bed. But the tap in the bathroom was dirty, the trash cans were not emptied, and there was no toilet paper. Only half of the items on the restaurant menu were available. In the morning at breakfast, not a single hot drink was available, not even tea.

Couldn’t find hours for the hot spring access and unfortunately the gate was not open at 10:20am on a Tuesday so we could not visit.

1,200,000 kip for 1 night. (Quoted $50USD, which equals about 1.086m kip). Beautiful room. Hot water takes 10 minutes to come through shower. Hot pools were as hot as you want them - perfect. Got unlucky and they were drained and cleaned on day 2 but were refilling by bout 930. Chicken laab amazing. 30,000 for small can Beer Lao. Nice service. No wifi in rooms.
