Incredible hike. Relatively rocky and challenging, but no scrambles or anything too crazy. Parking is rough because the lot is the same for the popular Sand Beach. You have to walk across the beach to reach the trail. The trail wasn’t very busy when I was on it, and the views are absolutely incredible. One of my favorites at Acadia, highly recommend.

BEAUTIFUL views! A challenging hike especially if you take the shortcut over the middle hump. Fairly lightly traveled by other hikers. Expect to spend 2 hours on trail.

This is a fantastic hike that gives you beautiful, close-up views of the ocean right along the coast. I actually sat and had my breakfast while enjoying that beautiful view, and I even got to record a deer while I was out there! One of the best parts is seeing all the gorgeous flowers growing right out of the rocks along the path. The scenery is so beautiful it doesn't even look real—just like a picture. Highly recommended to go do this hike if you're visiting Acadia!
