It was a wonderful experience to witness nature reclaiming everything when human intervention ceases. While some footprints may endure, time is the ultimate arbiter. This experience serves as a poignant reminder of our responsibility to safeguard the environment. Every family should embark on this trail walk, educating themselves and their children about the environmental consequences of development, which we cannot entirely deny, but must strive to balance with nature’s preservation. Moreover, we had the pleasure of visiting the Blackberry farm on the way.

I went there because I didn't want to get sunburned on a hot day. If you walk along the river, you can listen to the sound of the flowing water, and above all, it's cool. The river is mostly shallow, about 10 centimeters deep, so it would be fun to change into Crocs or sandals and play in it. It's an easy trail, so many people were there in light clothing.

Coal Creek Trail offers a delightful outdoor experience with a variety of route options to suit different preferences. The trails are well sign-posted, making navigation straightforward, and the presence of emergency markers along the way adds an extra layer of safety and peace of mind. One thing to keep in mind is that some trails can be busier than others, especially during peak times, which can make parking a bit challenging. It's worth arriving early or planning your visit during off-peak hours to secure a spot more easily. For dog owners, Coal Creek Trail is a great option as many parts are dog-friendly, though it's important to keep your furry friends on a leash. Overall, Coal Creek Trail is a well-maintained and versatile trail system that offers a pleasant and safe hiking experience.
