Western’s environmental program assessed the land and fought to prevent this land from commercial or public use due to the fact that it is predicted to be under water within the next 100 years due to climate change, sinking foundation, erosion, and rising sea levels. Western Huxley environmental program was offered the land at discount to build a new wing of the program and they turned it down in distaste and offense knowing that the land is no good. Feel bad for the developers that used it, but theyre not stupid they knew what the survey was. Money now is money now nobody cares about the environment. I am saddened for our grandchildren. Do you guys remember we used to have winters and birds in the air and calm wildlife in the streets? We even used to have clean skies without chemtrails lining daily formations from east to west over dense populations. So much for the few sunny days we do have. Not to mention the amount of money they’re making and the prices theyre charging for this whole use of land is absurd. Charging $1600/mo for a 300 ft studio apt and $100+/mo for yoga. Bellingham likes to think it’s Seattle but it’s not. We don’t even have a job market. Average salaries can’t afford average housing costs. Make it make sense.
