This was a very relaxing and nature focused experience. The steaming hot showers all day long and clean facilities is definitely better than I have seen at most other campsites. The roads are very accessible and the staff ready to help.

We were lucky enough to stay here during our trip to South Africa. It's a campsite in a prime location, full of birds, right next to the river, and in our case, we had it all to ourselves. The campsite cost us 640 rand for two days for two people. This also included park entrance fees. The facilities are great and everything is very, very clean. We were told that it gets very crowded during peak season, but seeing the staff there, I don't think it will change much. We did two hikes: one from the campsite itself to Tiger Falls (6 km) and another, a 10-minute drive to Tugele Gorge (16 km). You have to bring all your own food since there's nothing to buy nearby.

Wow, I am impressed at how clean and tidy they keep this facility! We walked The Gorge and it was divine! Met many people from abroad. I just have a request to visitors. Stop littering the trails. Our country is beautiful and needs to be kept clean.
