We really enjoy this hiking area. The overlooks of the lakes are beautiful. Tons of mushrooms if you are a mushroom hunter. We found many porcini’s. We also found an Eastern Cooperhead snake today who was coiled up at the bottom of a rotting tree next to the trail.

I enjoy hiking here. But it is rocky terrain not for those looking for a simple hike. It has beautiful views making it worth it for me.
