These are pix from trail head opp town recycle facility on Rt 26. A bit of a climb with great views from cliff overlook. Continuing on over mountain top a bit squirrely... Trail gets thin as it hangs on steep edge. Once over good trail along ridge to view backside of Sunday River mtn and rock formations. Strenuous hike but well worth the effort.

The view of the South Cliff trail is spectacular! Just don't expect that if you continue on that, it heads back down....it does not. You proceed to climb for some time before declining and weaving to the bottom.

Great loop. A bunch of blazes need to be updated, though. Especially on the North side. Those switchbacks are so easy to miss.
