Stayed 4 days. Location great (that’s why we booked it), told maid service would be every other day. Never got maid service even though we checked at 6pm on the 3rd day to make sure, were told yes but still no service. Going to stay the 4th day IF they clean the room today. For the rates they are charging service should be daily and impeccable, it was not.

This place is superb. Stayed here for one night on the way back from Yellowstone, but genuinely wish we had more time to spend here. The rooms were great. The breakfast was good. The staff was excellent. The night we arrived we ran out of cooking oil and the staff was able to help us out when everything else outside was closed. Also the next morning, the front desk service was superb. Highly recommend the hotel. Thank you for the stay!

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel’s lack of transparency and poor handling of my bill. I was charged a $20-per-day destination fee for four days, but no one explained what the fee included. Because I was not informed, I was unable to use any of the supposed benefits. When I raised the issue, the front desk agreed to refund the full $80. The refund initially appeared as pending on my American Express account, but then disappeared without being completed. I still have not received the promised refund. Even worse, a new $9.55 charge appeared on my card, which seems to be related to the tax on the destination fee. Charging guests an unexplained mandatory fee, promising a refund, failing to issue it, and then posting another charge is completely unacceptable. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Marriott. I expect the hotel to honor its promise and refund the full $80 plus any related taxes immediately.
