In autumn, when most of the tourists are away, it's quite easy to live here. There are still enough people, but it is much more relaxed. The circumnavigation of the lake takes approximately 2 hours. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes. What really bothered us was the parking scam. Not only does an hour cost 3 euros, no, the machines don't work with change. Only with bank card or app. It would have been nice if a ticket had been printed. We felt vera....! Since there are strict controls, you don't have to think that it won't be noticeable. So we had to pay twice. 👿 Overall, Slovenia is very expensive. The road tax would actually be enough.
