Schöner Strand, außerhalb der Stadt und nur mit Taxi, eBike oder Roller erreichbar. Fahrrad aufgrund der schlechten Straße nicht zu empfehlen.

The largest beach in Boca; magnificent, powerful (exposed to currents and waves 🌊 for surfers 🏄), Caribbean and wild (the forest plunges onto the sand front), the color of the sand is fantastic. I advise you to get there by bike 🚲, electric bike from Boca (around 15 min) or by bus 🚌 from Boca (but be careful there is only one per hour and the times are rather variable) or by quad or motorbike (sorry I like less, on an island, a tourist should absolutely adopt a lifestyle that does not consume polluting fossil energy) or by taxi ($20 anyway...). Very beautiful hotels nestle on the edge of the jungle, some bars too 🍹 😎 There is no paved road in Playa Bluff but a sand road in rather average condition... fortunately perhaps, overtourism will not only do good to Boca. Nb: I fear for the future of this place. The country wants to develop tourism on the island and many plots of land, whether wooded or not, will eventually be built... ultimately it is the biodiversity of this small island that is threatened. The dark side of the sublime postcard of the island: there is a huge open-air trash bin and numerous discharges of polluted water into the sea 🥲 Tourism must contribute to creating sustainable development (micro wastewater treatment plant, better waste management 🚮)

Nice, quiet beach, enough shade, restaurant available. Easily accessible by bike. The waves are a bit high on the shore.

Playa Bluff is absolutely beautiful and remote, offering a peaceful escape. Keep in mind that the road to get there is unpaved, so the best way to travel is by ATV or beach bike. Once you arrive, you’ll be rewarded with the sound of waves crashing – it’s the perfect spot to relax and listen to nature all day. However, this beach is not ideal for weak swimmers, as the currents can be strong. Highly recommend for those looking for a more secluded, nature-filled experience.
