Started at camel's back trail made my way to Goldfinch, Grove, Kessler, Military, to Mountain Cove, back to downtown. Fairly easy hike, just about three miles total. About halfway, there is a sharp incline in the trails are very sandy but still manageable. Yes , it did make my heart pump a little more but it was not overwhelmed. Lots of bikers but very polite. This was made april after quite the deluge of rain. Sun was warm, the breeze was cool, this was about midday. I didn't feel like I desperately needed sunscreen, but I did bring water and chips
