Bluehills. Wow. I went there to see someone for a visit and they told me no bc not enough staff to supervise plus need to go thru a councilor oh and have to go thru a small class to give me access then didn't even know that he wasn't even in the building anymore bc he got COVID from being a patient there. They were not safe at all about taking protective measures. It's not fair at all. It's a long story but these staff don't know their clients and patients at all. I still can't believe I sat there talking to the supervisor and she lied to me telling me that he just can't have a visit. She had no idea he wasn't there at all bc on the speaker phone she called the other staff upstairs and she said he wasn't able to have a visit not that they had already transfered him to cvh bc he got COVID from the staff not being safe

I have been coming here since I first learned to hicke in first grade. Blue Hill is a wonderful place to hike for all experience levels at all times of year. Enjoy the Fall and Winter most as the woods is free of leaves, so wildlife and views can be spotted with ease. When there is snow, the lower trails and fields are great for cross country skiiing.

Our favorite hiking location. Close to our home yet large enough to give you plenty of hiking options. It makes me feel I’m in the middle of nowhere in a mountain area yet we are still in Boston. Highly recommended
