Luxurious Views at Hanhwa Resort Haeundae

Hanwha Resort Haeundae Summer Vacation: A Memorable Family Trip!! We visited Busan this year to take a summer vacation with the kids, a bit late since we couldn't last year. The resort was clean and the ocean view was stunning, making it a very pleasant trip. Despite the quick online check-in being very convenient and the location right by Haeundae Beach being absolutely perfect, the reason I removed four stars for service is because of the blood pressure-raising state of the EV charging facilities on the first basement floor. They crammed the chargers into that narrow space, so there was absolutely no way to enter the spot at the very end; I had to turn my car around and back in as soon as I passed the entrance barrier. I can only imagine how bewildered the driver of the car following behind must have been... It feels like they didn't want to install this at all, but they did it because the regulations say so. Since it is located right in front of the entrance barrier, I imagine the disapproving stares from internal combustion engine cars following closely behind must be unbearable... They should have just posted a notice stating that EV parking and charging are prohibited and removed it... It's not like they're taunting us, what is this? I had no choice but to stay at Hanwha Resort this time because I was in such a rush, but next time I plan to book accommodation as early as possible and go somewhere else. I will absolutely never visit again.

We had a wonderful two-day stay in a room with an Oryukdo view on the 26th floor at Hanwha Resort Haeundae. The resort is well-maintained, and we made good use of the convenience store in the basement. It was great for a walk to Dongbaek Island and Haeundae Beach, and the nearby restaurants were satisfying. It was a delightful family trip with three generations, visiting Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, considered the most beautiful temple in Korea, and Gwangan Bridge, which offers a beautiful night view.

I visited for the first time during the peak season, but it was a shame because of the heavy rain. I want to come next year on a nice day and have a great time.

It was a bit far from the bustling downtown, so walking and driving were slightly inconvenient and a bit of a shame, but it was quiet enough that it was fine. The view from the room was excellent. The room was spacious enough for four people, and it was nice to have a simple kitchenette.
