This place could be heaven if looked after properly. Location is in the middle of the park with lots of wildlife around. We were not blessed with too many sightings but that was just bad luck. Campsites are large with a braai area and elephant proof water taps. Ablutions ok, mostly no hot water. What made my day was Shirley at the Spa where I had 2 treatments that were worth the price. Wifi is a ripoff for 8$ - you only have reception very close to the tuck shop. Guys at the gate were too busy to stare at their phones all the time to give decent directions. Signposts throughout the park are pathetic- much room for improvement.

We stayed at the lodge: it was beautiful. The tents were clean and nicely furnished! The staff were so friendly and the food was delicious. Our guide, Letcha, showed us the landscape and the wildlife. He was very friendly and had so much to tell us!

We camped in that place for a night, surrounded by lions and hyenas; it was one of the best nights of the trip.

A site worth visiting for its surroundings and the presence of various predators: lions, hyenas, tigers, wolves – a true wildlife and action destination.
