We traveled by boat for about four hours up the river from the village of Canaima in Venezuela to our campsite. The next day, we walked to the foot of Angel Hole, had lunch, and swam in the water of Angel Hole in our swimsuits. Some people were swimming. We admired rare flowers and mushrooms, and saw many ant nests resembling beehives in the trees. The round trip from the campsite to Angel Hole takes about five hours, so I recommend leaving in the morning and returning to the campsite before dark. We also landed on Auyantepui by helicopter ✨ The landscape and waterfalls were incredibly beautiful. This is a place worth visiting at least once in your lifetime ✨
