Cecelia forest and Constantia nek are great for running and rejuvenating for hiking ! Sitting in front of that waterfall was the most pleasant emotion I felt, drinking from the water plus standing under the waterfall with the coolness of water showering down me! Wow! A " im glad I was born" moment! During winter is best ! Lucky we had good weather with no rain in June ,so it was awesome
