I definitely recommend Table Mountain for hiking and I suggest carry at least 2 litres of water and a snack to eat during the hike

Wow the elevation is brilliant out of this ordinary air. Trailed all the way from the beginning of Newlands Revine, all the way to the top. The truth is reaching these heights is very humbling, breathing the air will help you experience what your maker has for you 😉 Amazing
