The zoom consultation with Mags was really fun and excellent value. We've planned our entire TMB trek using her free website and ebook, and speaking with Mags gave us a lot of confidence. She gave so many great tips, ideas for contingency plans, and advice on what to see and do around Chamonix and at each stop of our itinerary. Highly recommend if you are planning a self-guided tour. Mags was 1000% worth it! We felt so much more prepared, in-the-know, and flexible while hiking TMB thanks to her zoom session. We were able to book our ideal trip thanks to her advice -- we wanted to stay high each night, rather than in the towns -- and slept at some of the most stunning refuges. Once there, thanks to our notes from the zoom call, we were able to make the trip our own, taking variants or adjusting plans based on the weather (snowier than anticipated!). Internet research just does not compare to her local experience. We also were able to call her with a last minute question the day before our hike. Thank you Mags!

Worth every penny! I consulted with Mags in January of 2024 as a solo traveler with a spur of the moment idea to hike the TMB alone. She set me up with a plan and I was booked with a full tour plan and all the refuges. I had the most amazing trip and stayed at some quaint "off the beaten path" refuges in France and loved my time in Italy. I can't wait to return. The TMB experience was better than I expected and I highly recommend doing it solo.
