Haven't even been there yet, but I reserved an RV site Sunday night and Monday only to find out the the tram and two restaurants will be closed Monday, labor day. I called the next day to see if I could change the reservations to Wednesday and Thursday to be able to use the tram and dine. They wouldn't let me because it was within seven days of my stay; even though a site was open. It wouldn't be a problem if the tram and dinning facilites were open every day like other parks. Not a good way to get repeat business from a first time customer Also no cell or WIFI at the sites
