Today I won 480 free spins on the golden rino by the exit on the 2nd floor walkway, I was given the choice of 480 regular spins or 120 with expanded reels, I chose the 120 with expanded reels, the reels never expanded or did anything, so it was just 120 spins, I called for assistance and one of the techs witnessed it was doing nothing, she said she couldn't do anything until the spins were over, when it was over she came and after going through a bunch of screens she called her supervisor who did the same thing, then his supervisor who did the same thing, then a game commissioner came out and said he would run a test but ultimately I was out 300 spins, they said there was nothing they could do, my recourse they said was to write this... I thought they might offer some free play or something but they offered nothing. A disappointing end to an otherwise fun trip. So disappointed.
