CLOSED! (One star for visibility, one star because I love this place even when it's closed) We always enjoy it here, however as the prior post mentioned, the restroom is closed, the bridge is blocked off and the parking lots are blocked with concrete. It's an hour drive from Alamogordo so save your gas and go to another trail. Willie White trail and a few others are nearby that have some water features, just not the falls, unfortunately.

Area is completely closed (parking lot is completely blocked off)—but they don't bother to tell you that until you drive all the way down there. 🤷

Well, even though people from TX doesn't know how to drive the narrow road and it's actually closed until August, the view is beautiful
