THE WOMAN WHO RUNS THIS PLACE OBVIOUSLY DOESN’T WANT BUSINESS. I SUGGEST PEOPLE GIVE HER WHAT SHE WANTS. I went in today to return 2 packages to Amazon. The woman showed me a thin, black plastic bag that resembled a shopping bag to return items in. I’m supposing that would’ve cost me and not protected anything. I explained that I had 2 QR codes from Amazon to mail the items from UPS. She said that they are a UPS vendor, but don’t accept QR codes. She told me to go to another location. There was someone in the back, but no other customers. When I went to The UPS Store they had never heard of a UPS vendor not accepting a QR code. They shipped both packages for free very quickly with a refund. Apparently some 3rd party vendors don’t accept QR codes. Maybe 6 months to a year ago I took a Cologuard package to mail from Quality Box Pack. I doubt most people are comfortable mailing Cologuard and I certainly wasn’t. The same woman from today once again turned me away. It was during business hours, but she wanted me to leave claiming they were closed. She told me then too to go to the other UPS Store. A man was there during that time who let me in to mail the pre-labeled and sealed package. It was very brief and he was polite. Again, there were no customers besides me. So, what exactly is the issue? Does all their business take place during whatever hours they randomly choose? Why are they comfortable turning away customers? Do they not need profit to pay employees? Is it racism? How does a business like that stay in business for years? Some fronts operate that way, but who knows. They’re only next to a Vape Shop and adjacent to another. Perhaps it’s simple laziness and rudeness, but mailing a couple packages for one customer shouldn’t exert so much energy as to cause the woman to refuse service the only 2 times I’ve come in her store.
