What an incredible experience! Ron, our tour guide and owner, takes time getting everyone acclimated and comfortable with all equipment and riding with a fun lesson. Then we were off on a whirlwind adventure of the city of Columbus! Lots of history, trivia, popular landmarks, photo ops and great humor. Our entire family had an incredible time! I couldn't recommend this more highly. We are from Columbus and learned a ton!

I did a Segway tour in Columbus and had an amazing experience! Ron Smith was funny, patient, and made the tour really special. I struggled a bit at first, especially going downhill and even had a small panic moment, but Ron calmly guided me through it and made me feel safe. Highly recommend this tour, I promise you won’t regret it!

We did the Downtown Christmas Lights tour on December 23, 2025, and it was fantastic. Ron Smith is very funny and cares about his guests. You will NOT be disappointed! He stops and takes photos of you at the best spots.
