I just witnessed 4 younger females walk in to the restaurant at almost closing time and asked for some water while they waited for their Uber. It was very polite. They were very quiet and the AGM Who is named Jacklyn hustled to go grab them to go cups with ice and water. Has nothing to do with the whole restaurant, but to me that is Customer Service; that is looking out for the people that you can interact with. That is the way all the restaurants in Easton should be. That says a lot about how she runs her restaurant.
