Place kinda sucks. How do you have a cigar shop without a humidor? All of sticks are just our there with central air? Shop manager didn't know any of the sticks I asked for. Shop doesn't take cash (?). Shop prompts you for a tip screen after checkout if checking-out w/out cash (?). What the hell am I supposed to be tipping for???? This isn't a service restaurant. What are we doing guys?! I'd recommend avoiding. Like I said, place kinda sucks.

Literally zero humidification. Super dry inside and cigars are stale.

They do have a large selection of cigars and they have 2 locations. But most of everything is out on the shelves not in a humidor.and the prices are slightly higher but I'm willing to pay a little extra to what I want. The salesman was polite and very helpful.

Montecristo in Columbus has an impressive selection of cigars. The variety and quality of what they carry is easily the highlight and the main reason this review is four stars. Anyone who enjoys cigars will appreciate how many good options they have on the shelves. The downside was the customer service. The guy working did not get up from his chair to help us or offer any guidance, which made the visit feel a little unwelcoming. They also advertise a cigar lounge where you can smoke, but that is not the case. We were told that the lounge was part of their old location, which was disappointing since it is still being promoted. Overall, the cigars themselves are great and worth the stop, but the experience could be much better with more helpful service and accurate information about what the store offers. Four stars for the selection.
