Alltrails rates the Storm King loop trail as "moderate." That must be for a 30 year old. I am twice that (+/-), and was carrying a 20 lb camera back pack. Much of the climb required scrambling, but the views from the top are awedome.

Nice hiking area with various trails, clearly color-coded! We did about a 2h round trip from the trail head parking lot, which included the Butter Hill summit, with 360 degree views.
