We had a great time on this trail. We were looking for a moderate loop trail and this fit the bill. We read reviews before heading out and decided to go to the right at the fork (counterclockwise). This felt like the right move. We liked the narrower path and slower climb at the start. The views were great and we saw two snakes and a deer. It was also a very quiet trail. We only saw two other groups the two hours were were hiking. Parking was ample.
