Be careful. Nice park. Unfortunately I broke my wrist. But I’ll be back. Thanks to Danville Firefighters and EMS. What awesome people.

This was my first time in several years going here. It was so peaceful, I really enjoyed the trails. This is much better than the ORV park in Cullman, because you can actually ride the trails and not have to turn around constantly. And people if you go, for the love of the forest, DON’T THROW YOUR TRASH DOWN!!! Come on people, let’s keep our forest beautiful!!

Went on short 2 hour hike, then next day for a few hours of riding on 4 wheeler. Took dog on both. Maximum size ATV limited to under 50 inches wide. Mid sized 4 wheeler are better suited for the trail if on 4 wheeler IMHO. My 300 is fairly capable of all the trail better than my 850 High-Lifter center of gravity roll over potential with larger models. Definitely quite messy after rain. Few mud puddles left after a week without rain. Can be hiked but primary a horse, ATV and trail bike trail. There is several other trails for hiking also.
