On Saturday, we went to the park, and when we were purchasing our tickets, we clearly told the employee that we only wanted to stay on Level 1 and that we were not going camping. However, she gave us Level 2 camping, charged us for camping, and also charged us for a Level 1 parking ticket. There were only 5 people in our group, but we were charged for 6 people. When I checked my bank account, I also noticed two charges of $275.61 each, plus another charge of $33.33 for Level 1. We should have only been charged for admission for 5 people and Level 1 parking, since we never requested camping. I would like you to review our transaction because it appears that we were charged for camping and for an additional person that we never requested. We would like to know how these charges can be corrected and how we can receive a refund for the amount we were overcharged.
