Tropical Paradise at Athiri Beach, Dhigurah

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I do believe it’s important to share realities that aren’t visible in photos. The location is very good, and the room was clean, although a bit outdated. However, the payment process was uncomfortable. The amount requested on-site was significantly higher than the price shown on Booking, with additional charges labeled as “taxes” that were not clearly explained beforehand. While we understand that taxes and extra fees may apply—especially in destinations like this—other guests we spoke to, staying at nearby properties, mentioned they were not charged in the same way. In our case, these extra charges represented nearly 40% of the original booking price. This lack of transparency made the experience feel confusing and unpleasant. Overall, it’s a decent place in terms of the basics, but guests should be aware of possible unexpected charges.

Great destination! Enjoyed the open trail and peaceful outdoor atmosphere.

Its a nice place to stay and rooms are good. But for price don't worth. roof fan don't go in a medium speed, light in bathroom is weak, wifi signal is very low, excursions not so well organized. Breakfast is very basic. Only good thing for me is air conditioner and a cooler in the room.

You couldn’t ask for better staff they were absolutely amazing! They catered to every one of our needs they reserved our scooter. They refilled water, change towels when we needed it and got us our transfers from one spot to the other with total, ease, but the rooms are really dated, definitely time for some updates.
