I feel very disappointed with the service I received. I ordered a pair of shoes through your app after seeing a 20% discount when paying with Tabby. The original price was AED 975, and with the discount the final price shown at checkout was AED 780. However, when I completed the payment, I was charged the full amount of AED 975 instead of the discounted price. I contacted your customer service, and I was told that someone would get back to me to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, no one has contacted me so far. This is very disappointing and reflects poor customer service. I expected better support and a more professional response. If you not solve my issue , I will not be dealing with you again .
