I've been staying with Patagonian Group for a while now. But the same excellent service from the staff, the quality of service, and the hotel's facilities are always there. By far, the attention from Juli, Paul, and Fran stood out; they were always available and friendly. I also highlighted the natural light. Having breakfast with an incredible view and natural light makes your day start better. As every year, thank you, and I will visit you again.

We stayed one night and were sad to leave. The staff was excellent and very friendly, the room was super clean and warm, the sheets smelled amazing, the shower was fantastic, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. We will definitely be back!

I was with my wife the first week of April and I can only express gratitude to the entire hotel team, highlighting the attention of Julián, Paula, Brian and Franco for everything related to trekking, excursions, trails, and even gastronomic advice. If we add to that the view of the mountains and the river that can be seen from the breakfast area, the temperature of the entire hotel that allows you to have breakfast in flip flops and a complete and varied breakfast makes the whole thing unforgettable. The rooms are perfect and heated, contrasting with the cold outside, the shower is optimal and everything is neat and clean. I thought the price was in line with the service so I would definitely return on another visit to Chalten. We just wanted to return from the long walks to drink mate looking at the postcard that can be seen from the hotel. A pleasure and a luxury that exist
