Beautiful site for sure but it's controlled by the feds who harass citizens and visitors in Shannon county. You aren't allowed to eat a sandwich at the spring but we do it anyway. There is a nice bathroom on site and a few picnic tables. The road is a lil rough coming in. We also recently saw a man come out of nowhere at the spring and folks were a lil nervous so be aware of your surroundings. Nice for a quick stop.

4 stars due to road. Steep 1 lane road to get there. Glad I went in the spring so did not run into others going the opposite way. Puy my 2 wheel drive kicks in B and sports mode to assist with the hill when leaving. BUT the walk, river, and spring are beautiful. If you don't mind the road definitely worth the travel.
